Frank is a partner of the firm, based in Switzerland. He has more than thirty years’ experience in international tax and corporate law, advising on the structuring of complex, multi-jurisdictional arrangements and the transactions that underpin them.

Frank was admitted to practice in 1994 to the Brussels bar and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar, and the Luxembourg Bar (Liste IV). Frank is listed in the register of legal practice areas of the Dutch Bar Association for corporate law, for which he is required to obtain ten training credits per calender year.

Pieter Jan has is specialized in international corporate law matters, advising complex multi-jurisdictional related structures.

Pieter Jan is registered with the Luxembourg Bar (Liste IV) and the Netherlands Bar for the following principal legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):

Jeroen is specialized in corporate law matters, dealing with and managing complex multi-jurisdictional (tax) related reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions.

Jeroen has also extensive knowledge of insolvency law, as former bankruptcy trustee (curator), and director’s liability issues. He has been admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2004. Jeroen is fluent in Dutch and English.

During 2006-2007 and in 2012 Jeroen has worked and lived in New York city on secondment.

In 2012, Mr. King was awarded the North Carolina Association of CPA’s Outstanding Conference Speaker award.

Jelle has extensive experience in corporate law and corporate secretarial matters in various jurisdictions such as the Netherlands, Switzerland, Luxembourg and France with a particular focus on multi-jurisdictional migrations, liquidations (inter-company) transactions and mergers and other (international) corporate governance matters.

Douwe has over 25 years of experience in the public and private equity capital markets. He has been an adviser to corporations and governments on M&A transactions, privatisations, and political and regulatory matters.

Previously, Douwe was the Chief Executive of LPeC, representing listed private capital companies, and served as Director of Corporate Affairs and Head of Investor Relations at 3i Group plc. His career started in Brussels, focusing on EU legal, political, and regulatory affairs.

Douwe holds a Master of Arts Degree in European politics from the University of Hull, England, and a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and politics from the University of Calgary, Canada.

With a degree in Translation and a master’s degree in Globalisation, Axelle combines strong communication skills with a professional background in finance and insurance. As Office Manager, she oversees daily operations and supports HR and accounting functions, ensuring the office runs efficiently. Having lived and worked in six countries and fluent in four languages, she brings a multicultural perspective and a practical, detail-oriented approach to her role.

Inna works within WVT’s Swiss office on a wide spectrum of corporate and legal matters, including entity governance, multi-jurisdictional compliance, regulatory filings and client relationship management across Switzerland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Holding two Master’s degrees in Law and Public Administration, with hands-on experience in corporate restructuring and cross-border matters, Inna combines analytical rigour with a modern approach – actively applying AI technologies to enhance legal research and documentation workflows. Inna communicates professionally in German, English, Ukrainian, Russian and Polish, bringing a multicultural perspective to every engagement.
