Matthieu Bernhard joined Weidema van Tol in January 2015 as an associate in the Corporate Law group. He advises clients from the private equity and real estate industry, as well as other investors on the implementation of corporate structures as a part of international transactions. These include corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions and reorganizations.
Before joining Weidema van Tol, Mr. Bernhard was a tax associate in Luxembourg. Prior to that he worked as legal counsel specializing in litigation, with a focus on civil and public defence cases. He appeared in and pleaded before French courts in various cases involving monetary claims filed against SNCF.
