The Netherlands

With a client base that was mainly composed of North American quoted companies, the office in Badhoevedorp has expanded over time to include clients throughout the rest of the world. It acts as lead counsel but is frequently invited to act as co-counsel or special counsel in major international matters.

Switzerland

Based in Baar, the office has strong working relationships with the Swiss regulatory authorities, the Swiss federal and cantonal tax authorities. These relationships ultimately benefit the clients we work for. As well as domestic corporate tax and corporate law, the office also deals in international taxation and the establishment and operation of international holding, licensing, treasury and financing structures.

Luxembourg

Primarily, the Luxembourg office focuses on providing corporate legal and tax services to North American, UK, Swiss and Scandinavian multinational corporations. As well as dealing with cross-border reorganisations, mergers and divestitures, it has substantial experience in the establishment and operation of international holding companies and finance structures.
